DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2005 AS SPECIAL WORKING

HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY FOR THE OBSERVANCE OF THE CHINESE LUNAR NEW YEAR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 9, 2005, the Chinese community all Over the world celebrates the Chinese Lunar New Year;

WHEREAS, to Promote cultural Filipino nation should have the o observing and celebrating the occasi

understanding and integration, the entire Pportunity to join all Chinese-Filipinos in on with appropriate ceremonies.
