BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 228

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FOR TRAINING CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT-CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (COA-CAR), SITUATED IN RES. SEC. “K”, GUISAD, CITY OF BAGUIO, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, BENIGNO 8. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any sale or settlement a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Res. Sec. “K”, Guisad, City of Baguio, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon and reserving the same as Training Center Site of the Commission on Audit-Cordillera Administrative Region (COA-CAR), subject to private rights, if any there be, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., along line 8-1 by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and along line 1-2 by the National Police Commission; on the NE., along line 2-3 and the E., along line 3-4 by Easter Road (60.00 m. wide); on the S., along lines 4-5 and 6-7; on the E., along line 5-6 and the W., along line 7-8 by Lot 6, Ir-393, Proclamation No. 743, Bureau of Plant Industry (BP!) Reservation (Lot 4, !r-304).

Beginning from a point marked “1” on the plan being S. 68 deg. 53’W., 360.23 m. from triangulation station “SKYLINE”, Baguio Townsite, thence;

N. 76-18 E., 36.20 m. to point 2;

S. 37 - 56’ E., 7.42 m. to point 3;

S. 04 - 03’ W., 13.85 m. to point 4;

N. 86 - 04’ W., 15.06 m. to point 5; S.07-41'W., ' 43.53 m. to point 6;
