PROCLAMATION NO. 756

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro will commemorate the 80" Liberation Day of Mindoro Island from Japanese Occupation on 15 December 2024, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of San Jose to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 16 December 2024, Monday, be declared as a (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose in lieu of 15 December 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro.
