DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 MAY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Friday, 23 May 2014 marks the birth anniversary of General
Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaguefio and a patriot of libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 23 May 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas.
