BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 759

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 19, 1991, AS "MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS DAY” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Friday, July 19, 1991, marks the 42nd founding anniversary of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, the residents of Digos desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C,. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, July 19, 1991, as "Muni- cipality of Digos Day" in said locality. The day, how- ever, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety one.
