PROCLAMATION NO. 76

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Friday, 17 February 2017, marks the celebration of the 80" Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, i, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
