PROCLAMATION NO. 760

DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Thursday, January 20, 2005;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, January 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
