FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION 8). 745 DATED JUNE 24, 1991, AS AMENDED, DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIO CALAMITY IN THE SEX (6) MUNICLPALI- TIES OF ZAMBALES PROVINCE, POUR (4) MUNICIPALITIES OF BATAAN PROVINCE, AND ALL OUWEP Me IECIPALITIES IN ‘THE PROVINCE OF PAM- PANGA WHICH HAVE NOP BEEN COVERED BY PREVIOUS PROCLAMATIONS IN VIEW OF THE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF THE MT. PINATUBO ERUPTIONS TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGAC, BATAAN PROVINCE.

‘ WHEREAS, the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) re- commends the declaration of a state of public calamity in the Munici- pality of Bagac, Bataan Province which is also hard-hit by the Mt. Pinatubo eruptions as campared to the towns already proclaimed by the President.

NOW, “THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philip- pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 745 dated June 24, 1991, as amended, deciaring a state of public calamity in the six (6) municipalities of Zambales Province, four (4) municipalities of Bataan Province, and all other municipalities in the Province of Pampanga which have not been covered by previous prociamations in view of the adverse effects of the Mt. Pinatubo eruptions to include therein the Municipality of Bagac, Bataan Province.
