DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

anniversary of tne City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, jt is but fitting and groper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, February 12, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
