PROCLAMATION NO. 764

DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Friday, August 2, 1991, marks the 4ist Charter Anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Butuan should be given full opportunity to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section .., of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, August 2, 1991, as a special day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
