BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 765

DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 1991, AS "LUCENA CITY DAY" IN LJCENA CITY. ;

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 20, 1991, marks the 30th Foundation Anniversary of Lucena City;

WHEREAS, the citizenry of Lucena City desire to celebrate this foundation day with fitting ceremonies and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUIND, President of the Philipe pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declaru Tuesday, August 20, 1991, as "Lucena City Day" in Lucena City. ‘The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea] of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
