PROCLAMATION NO. 765

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY ALMANZA UNO, LAS PINAS CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as One Townsquare Place, with a gross floor area of Twenty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen and 88/100 square meters (28,214.88 m2), more or less, and the parcel of land where the building stands, with an area of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine square meters (3,729 m2), more or less, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), located at Barangay Almanza Uno, Las Pifias City, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 15-550 (s. 2015), as amended by Resolution No. 18-669 (s. 2018), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 5-A-1 of the subdivision plan Psd-00-090455, being a portion of Lot 5-A, [LRC] Psd-132199), located at Barangay Almanza Uno, Las Pifias City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., along lines 1-3 by Lot 5-A-3 (Road), Psd-00-090455; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 5-A-4, Psd-00-090455; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 3, (LRC) Psd-37199; on the SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 3, (LRC) Psd-37199; on the SW., along lines 6-8 by Lot 2, (LRC) Psd-37199; on the NW., along line 8-9 by Lot 2, (LRC) Psd-20662; and on the NE., along line 9-1 by Lot 5-A-2, Psd-00-090455.
