BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 766

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM AUGUST 12 TO 18, 1991, AS "PRO- DUCTION MANAGEMENT WEEK"

WHEREAS, the Production Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and nen-stock organization established and committed to promote industrial development through better and efficient manage- ment of the production system;

WHEREAS, PROMAP will hold its 1991 Production Management Convention on August 12 to 13, 1991, in Manila with the theme: "Dynamic Production Management - The Key to Forging Ahead in Highly Challenging Times.";

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention on the important role production executives play in the development of our economy;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from August 12 to 18, 1991, as “Production Management Week."

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be aifixed.
