BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 766

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 14 August 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Sto. Tomas; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 14 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Davao del Norte.
