BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 767

DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 11, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, Monday, May 11, 1992, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Isabela;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate this

milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, May ll, 1992, as a special day in the Province of Isabela.
