BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 767

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 22 July 2019, Monday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples 5" Blaan Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
