BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

PROCLAMATION NO. 768 DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN ABUCAY, BATAAN,

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare a state of public calamity in Abucay, Bataan, which also suf- fered heavily fram the destructive effects of the volcanic fallout emitted by Mt. Pinatubo.

All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and reha- bilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.

IN WITNESS WHERBOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed,
