BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 77

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate its annual festival of thanksgiving for bountiful harvest on Tuesday, 22 November 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
