BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 77

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DASMARINAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Section 1 of Republic Act (RA) No. 11461 dated 05 September 2019 declared November 26 of every year as a special working holiday to be known as the Foundation Day of the City of Dasmarifias;

WHEREAS, RA No. 11461 further provides that upon proclamation of the President, November 26 shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Dasmarifias, Province of Cavite;

WHEREAS, on 26 November 2022, Saturday, the City of Dasmarifias, Province of Cavite will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dasmarifias be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dasmarifias.
