PROCLAMATION NO. 770

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2019, Thursday, the City of Dapitan will mark the celebration of the Kinabayo Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
