PROCLAMATION NO. 771

CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO (2) BUILDINGS, KNOWN AS THE RIVERBANKS CENTER ICT BUILDING I AND II, LOCATED AT THE RIVERBANKS CENTER, A. BONIFACIO AVENUE, BARANGKA, MARIKINA CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDINGS PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by ' Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Buildings, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Nos. 00-411 and 04-031 dated December 29, 2000 and February 17, 2004, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the RIVERBANKS CENTER ICT BUILDING I AND II, containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY (5,190) SQUARE METERS and TWELVE THOUSAND (12,000) SQUARE METERS, respectively, located at Riverbanks Center, A. Bonifacio Avenue, Barangka, Marikina City, with an aggregate land area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY THREE (17,343) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Riverbanks Center ICT Building I Lot No. 3-B Psd-00-066714

A parcel of land (Lot 3-B of the subdivision plan ?sd-00- 066714, being a portion of Lot 3 (LRA) Pcs-31486, L.R.C. Record No. 7672) situated in the Barangay of Barangka, City of Marikina, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW. and NE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3-A of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4-1 by Lot 3-C of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 72 deg. 23’ W., 1,327.23 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 2, Marikina, Rizal (now City of Marikina);
