BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 771

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 July 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 70" Araw ng Ipil; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
