BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 773

DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR THE REGIONAL RESOURCE MANAGE- MENT TRAINING CENTER CERTAIN PARCELS GF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY TAPTAP, CITY OF CEBU

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Presi- dent of the Philippines, do hereby declare as Regional Resource Management Training Center Civil Reservation certain parcels o: land of the public domain situated in Barangay Taptap, Cebu City, as shown and described as Lots 1 & 2 in FMB Map C.R.-386, which are more particularly described as follows:

the point of beginning, containing an area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (17,154) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

1. The Administration and management of the areas covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Regional Development Council for Central Visayas. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the Presi- dent by the Resource Development and Management Foundation of Central Visayas, Inc. within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Forest Management Bureau copies hereof.

2s The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest product remaining in the areas shall be subject to the Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.

3. In the event that the areas are no longer needed for the purpese stated, or their development have already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject areas regain their original status as parts and parcels of the forest land,
