DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 2, 2005 marks the centennial anniversary of the arrival of Wwuestra Sefiora De La Candelaria;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 2, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon.
