PROCLAMATION NO. 774

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2025, Monday, the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 80" Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 03 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifian.
