AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 768 DATED AUGUST 7, 1991 DBCLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN ABUCAY, BATAAN TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN ANTONIO, NUEVA BCIJA AND BAYAMBANG, PANGASINAN.
By virtue of the powers vested in me, IL, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 768 dated August 7, 1991 declaring a state of public calamity in Abucay, Bataan to include therein the municipalities of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija and Bayambang, Pangasinan which also suffered from the ill- effects of lahars {mudflows) fram Mt. Pinatubo.
. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
