DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 3, 2005, marks the 55" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
