BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 775

DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 01 August 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley, will mark its 71°' Founding Anniversary and the 13" Buganihan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; and

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 01 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
