BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES | PROCLAMATION NO. 775

DECLARING SATURDAY, 08 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIAONG, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, Claro M. Recto, a former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, former Senator and the author of the Rizal Law, was born on 08 February 1890 in Tiaong, Quezon;

WHEREAS, on 08 February 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon will commemorate the birth anniversary of Claro M. Recto;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tiaong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 08 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon.
