BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 776

DECLARING SATURDAY, MAY 7, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO =

WHEREAS, Saturday, May 7, 2005, marks the 65” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by

authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Saturday, May 7, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
