DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JUNE 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, Friday, 20 June 2014, marks the celebration. of the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Lipa;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO. N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO tH, do hereby declare Friday, 20 June 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa. *
