BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 776

DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 01 August 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 71°‘ Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kapalong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 01 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte.
