PROCLAMATION NO. 777

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2025, Monday, the City of Laoag, Province of llocos Norte will mark the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 10 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
