SXTENDEING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE INSTITUTE FOR STUDIES ON DIABETES FOUNDATION, INC. UP TO JUNE 30, 1992

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 588, series of 1990, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Ine., was autho- rized to conduct a national educational and fund campaign durina the period July 1, 1990 to June 30, 1991;

WHEREAS, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation fiic., needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue ‘of thé powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., up to June 30, 1992,

All donations, bequests and gifts received by the Insti- tute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., for the imple- mentation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the denor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 {(h) (2) (€) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
