PROCLAMATION NO. 778

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN LAOAG CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag celebrates its city fiesta in honor of their patron saint, St. William the Hermit on Thursday, February 10, 2005;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 10, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
