BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.78

DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARAGUSAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Friday, 25 November 2016, marks the celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Maragusan, Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Maragusan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 25 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Maragusan, Compostela Valley.
