BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 780

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 1991, AS A “SPECIAL DAY" PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, the 77th foundation anniversay of the Prov of Bulcidnon will fall on September 1, 1991;

WHEREAS, the restdents of the Province of Rukid desire to eommemorate the foundation anniversary of bh provinee on September 6, 1991;

NOW, THEREFORE, I CORAZON GC. AQUING, President of Philippines, by virtue'of the powers vested in me by Law, hereby declare Friday, September 6, 1991, as a” special d in the Province of Buleidnon. The said day, however, sh be a regular working and school day.
