PROCLAMATION NO. 78)

DECLARING SEPTEMBER 21 TO 28, 1991 AS "HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WEEK"

WHEREAS, the Third Asian Regional Conference on Human Resources Management will be held in Manila on September 24 to 27, 1991;

WHEREAS, the conference will be attended by human resources management experts and practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the importance of the growth and promotion of human resources management jn the country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare September 21 to 28 as "Human Resources Management Week" under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
