BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 781

DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 11- 384 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at General Trias, Cavite, as an inclusion to the existing Cavite Economic Zone, with an area of Twenty-One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine (21,659) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 559-A of the subdivision plan, Fls-173-D, being a portion of Lot 559, of the San Francisco de Malabon Estate, G.L.R.O Rec. No. 5964), situated in the Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite.
