PROCLAMATION NO. 781

DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOCORRO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 22 February 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Socorro, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Socorro be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 22 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Socorro, Province of Surigao del Norte.
