BY THE PRESLOENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION MO, 782

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECTIA

WHEREAS, the founding anniversary of the Province of Nueva Erija falis oan September 2, 1991;

WHEREAS, the residents desire to commemorate the event with fitting pragrams and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON ©, AQUIND, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 2, 1991, as a special day in the FPreavince of Nueva Ecija, The said day, however, shali be a regular working and school day.
