PROCLAMATION NO.782 CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE MULTINATIONAL BANCORPORATION CENTRE, LOCATED AT 6805 AYALA AVENUE, MAKATI CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No.8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 03-319 dated 29 December 2000 and 11 December 2003 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Multinational Bancorporation Centre, which was established on a parcel of land, located at 6805 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

LOT No. 10 Block 2 Psd-6132

A parcel of land (Lot 10, Block 2 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6132, being a portion of Block C, of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal (now City of Makati). Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 23, Block 2; on the SE., points 2-3 by Lot 9, Block 2; on the SW., points 3 to 4 by Street Lot 1 (Ayala Avenue); and on the NW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 11, Block 2; all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 61 deg. 41’ W., 1,832.31 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Municipality of Makati, Rizal (now City of Makati);

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS Cylindrical Concrete Mohons 15 x 60 centimeters; bearings true; declination 0 deg. 37’ E., date of the original survey, December 10, 1923 to June 9, 1924 and that of the subdivision survey, October 13 to 22, 1958.
