PROCLAMATION NO. 783

DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, the 141st birth anniversary of our national hero and patriot Marcelo H. del Pilar , with the nom de plume of "Plaridel" falls on August 30, 19973

WHEREAS, the residents of Bulacan are desirous of commemorating the said day of "Plaridel" with appropriate programs and ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUING, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, August 30, 1991, as a special day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
