BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 783

DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on 09 August 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, will mark the celebration of the 37 Bayongyong Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Bayombong be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 09 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
