RESERVING FOR MILITARY USE PURPOSES OF THE PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE, DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU, PROVINCE OF CEBU

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of mvironment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in e by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, lo hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for military use purposes of the Philippine Air Force, Department of National efense, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of e€ public domain, situated in the City of Lapu-lapu, Province of Cebu, hich is particularly described as follows:
