PROCLAMATION NO. 785

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1991, AS “IRIGA CITY DAY" IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, 23rd Charter Anniversary of Iriga City falls on September 3, 1991;

WHEREAS, the residents of Iriga City would like ta celebrate the occasion with appropriate programs and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday September 3, 1991, as “Iriga City Day" in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
