PROCLAMATION NO. 785

DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2025, Thursday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 86" Founding Anniversary and the 36" Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasions and enjoy their celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 27 February 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
