BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 786

DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIGA, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 15 August 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes, will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Viga; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Viga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes.
