PROCLAMATION NO. 787

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 17, 2005,’ marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Provinte of Zamboanga Sibugay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 17, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
