WHEREAS, Monday, 16 June 2014, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper*that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
